These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between users ("user" or "you") of the vd345 platform and its services ("services") and vd345. By visiting the vd345 website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms may change from time to time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you at your registered email address. However, continued use of the service after any change means you have accepted the updated Terms. Changes take effect as soon as they are published.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to stop using vd345's services. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines are also an integral part of these Terms.

To open an account and use services on vd345, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

3. Each person may operate only one account. Running multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts.

The following policies apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on vd345:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (applicable for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Use only payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party accounts or payment methods are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined before active bonus wagering requirements are met.

vd345 offers bonus promotions for its users. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read carefully before acceptance.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 as a bonus — total balance will be ৳2,500.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount received must be wagered 25 times (on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus).
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies once per household, family, or device.
• Bonuses may only be used for the purpose for which they were given.
• vd345 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If a withdrawal is made before bonus requirements are met, all bonuses may be forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed and the balance forfeited.

The following rules apply to betting and gaming activities on vd345:

• All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, vd345 reserves the right to refund the bet amount.
• vd345's decision on determining game results is considered final.
• If an event is cancelled for any reason, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.
• vd345 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly published odds.
• In sports betting, all markets may be pre-match or in-play — separate rules apply to each.

Each casino game has its own rules, described in detail within the game interface. It is the user's responsibility to be familiar with those rules before starting a game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vd345 platform:

• Using an account by a minor, or helping a minor open an account.
• Opening or operating an account using a false identity or fake information.
• Running multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Abusing the bonus system — repeatedly attempting to claim bonuses under different identities or methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automation tools to conduct activity.
• Colluding with other users to fix outcomes or match-fixing.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform for personal gain.
• Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vd345 is not responsible for the following:
